Hey you! We are so happy you have chosen to come to us for a hair appointment. We are taking every precaution to clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces between appointments. It may take a little longer between appointments but rest assured, we are diligent with our cleaning.
We are a bit slower than normal. But we have Mr. Clean on a leash.
Staff have been trained. We properly wear PPE. The salon is well ventilated with filtered air, and we’ve clearly marked all stations with safe social instructions.
Staff are safe. You are safe.
Don’t be shy! Here are some tips you will expect to hear from our staff on your visit to our little hair design studio in Mill Woods:
Call from your car when you arrive. We’ll come out and tell you when to come in. Just chill out and listen to some good music. We’re not using the waiting room (no couches or magazines.)
Maintain your distance. Stand on tape markers on the floor and it will be our pleasure to provide instructions when you arrive.
Wear a clean mask (and we will do the same).
Avoid touching anything with your hands, and make sure your hands are clean. We’ve also got hand sanitizer at the door for you that we would love for you to use (unless you’ve got your own).
Most importantly – if you have any symptoms whatsoever, stay home. Think about it as some time to yourself and don’t worry about your appointment. Give us as much notice as you can, and hopefully, that allows us time to let the next person know we’ve got a spot, but more importantly, we want you to stay home.
Don’t mind the face shields. They are super sexy, and we can tell you where we got them if you are interested. Just look at Schmidt.
We strive to apply the highest operating standards we can to stop the spread of COVID-19. We absolutely want to avoid business lockdowns, but we also appreciate the risk to our staff, customers, and all of our loved ones. That’s why things may seem different, but we can enjoy some salon time together by operating safely.
We will guide you through protocols when you get here, and it’s super easy. It’s just well… different. And because we are talking about safety here, we are sure you won’t mind.
